It was later recorded by Rick Trevino, who released it in January 1994 as the second single from his eponymous debut album in 1994 (see infobox). It reached number 35 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart and #29 on the Canadian RPM country Tracks chart in mid-1994.

The song is uptempo party anthem. The narrator states that he feels at home with a honky tonk crowd.
Larry Flick, of Billboard magazine reviewed the song favorably, calling it a "competently performed dancefloor anthem. No more, no less."[3]
The music video was directed by Gerry Wenner and premiered in January 1994.
